DESCRIPTION:

consulting firm specializing in rules engine and
document imaging custom development. Our projects
change rapidly with lots of variety. Be prepared to
design and develop secure, fast, scalable, web-based
applications and work through various parts of the
software lifecycle.
REQUIRED:
� 2+ years JAVA J2EE JSP Servlet development
experience
� 1+ years of relational database design and
development experience,
including expertise in SQL coding on SQL Server,
Oracle or DB2
� Willingness to travel if required. Most customers
are located outside of
Colorado. For some projects, the development is 100%
in Colorado. Other
projects have an on-site requirement.
� BS in Computer Science or Engineering
� Excellent English written and verbal communication
skills.
� Experience with Object Oriented Programming
� Self-motivated, organized, high-energy.
� Able to interview in Denver.
DESIRABLE:
� 4+ years of J2EE and RDB experience.
� _JavaScript DHTML development experience
� 1+ year of Microsoft development experience which
could include .NET,COM,VB,etc.
� Experience with BEA WebLogic or IBM WebSphere
JBoss, Sun ONE,
Apache/Tomcat application servers
� Confidence and assertiveness.
� Struts framework experience
� Experience developing applications within a MVC
framework
� Experience with performance and scalability
optimization on a web-based
application
� eXtreme Programming, refactoring, pair
programming, JUnit, UML, Agile, eclipse, Ant.
